- We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. They must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free from make-up marks, and with all tags attached. Any additional components, such as corset ties or protective packaging, must also be returned.
- We offer free exchanges for our UK customers, and free return shipping when opting for either store credit or a gift card, instead of a refund, for both our UK and international customers.
- To begin a return, simply use our returns portal, which will guide you step-by-step and generate your return label.
- UK customers, £3.99 will be deducted from your refund.
