UK Orders

All orders are shipped directly from the UK. Since our products are made in the UK, there are no additional duties or taxes on UK deliveries.

International Orders (Outside the UK)

We collect all duties and taxes at checkout, so your order is fully inclusive. You won’t be charged anything extra upon delivery.

US Orders

From August 29th 2025, a new executive order will take effect that removes the duty-free de minimis exemption for goods valued under $800, when entering the U.S. Working closely with our partners at Swap, we are able to collect all duties and taxes up front, so there will be no surprise fees on delivery. Tax will be displayed at the checkout.

• We accept returns and exchanges from all international locations.
• Items must be postmarked 30 days after the delivery date.
• The returned items must meet the standards set out in our Returns & Exchange Policy in order to be accepted for a return or exchange.
• We offer pre-paid returns labels for UK, US and International destinations. A fixed fee will be taken from your refund to cover part of the return shipping. Should you wish to use your own shipping label, this will be at your cost and aym will not be liable for any delays or issues in transit.
