Our garments are hand-made to order and delivered within the time frame selected at the checkout. Any UPS Saver, UPS Standard or UPS Express orders placed after 8am UK time will be processed the next working day.

Although we always do our best to ensure all orders are delivered within the estimated time-frame, once your order is with our courier service, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders over £100 / $121 USD.
Within the UK, Free Shipping is available on orders over £50.
We ship worldwide to 80+ destinations. There are 3 shipping options to most destinations: VIP, Express and Saver. We ship using UPS and UPS' iParcel with secure and fully trackable services.

We now offer UPS iParcel services if you would like to pay for customs and duties at the point of checkout, we highly recommend ordering with the 'iParcel' shipping option.
With our other shipping services, you will need to make sure that you cover any customs or duties that may be incurred when shipping to your destination. We do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. These charges will be applied on delivery and will be collected by UPS as a 'charge on delivery'.

If an order is refused by a customer due to custom fees or there is address issues, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks and then be abandoned if these fees or enquiries are not resolved in this time. AYM is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, AYM cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
During promotions your order may be packaged in a mailing bag rather than a gift box.
All full price orders will be sent in a gift box where possible.
Please note, there has been a delay to our shipment of boxes, unfortunately all orders that are due to be sent out during the week of the 23rd to the 27th will be placed in mailing bags. We apologise for the inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding this, please do get in contact with us.
UPS will deliver your order.
We are working with UPS to secure carbon neutral shipping for all orders. This is due to be implemented on all orders no later than September 25th 2019.
Prior to this, we recommend ordering with UPS Saver or UPS Standard options for the most environmentally conscious shipping options, as these are shipped via land and sea rather than using air transport.
Deliveries times will vary over Bank Holiday Weekends and UK Public Holidays.
Due to our clothing being made to order, we will experience slight delays on posting orders out during busy holiday periods. We will notify any customers who may experience delays with their parcels.
In order to ensure delivery for a specific date we recommend ordering as far in advance as possible. We also offer a VIP service which will ensure that your order is made and processed with priority handling.
Returns and exchanges
Items must be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned to us with tags attached. There must be no signs of tampering with the labels or tags.
Items must show no signs of wear; please take care to avoid the transfer of make-up when trying on garments.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unmarked in any way. Please be careful when trying on garments to avoid make up or fake tan transferring onto the fabric. To qualify for a return the items must be free from any signs of wear or tear, including marks from make up and cosmetic products such as deodorant or fake tan.
Items must be returned to us in the condition you received them, with all tags attached. As our items are hand made to order, this will be a brand new condition, which is how we expect to receive them back to us.

To return your order you need to ship it back to us via the Post Office or a courier of your choice. We recommend selecting a signed-for service and ensuring that you have made a note of the tracking number. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping.

Double layered means that the garment has been hand made using two layers of our jersey fabric. We do this because it allows for a seamless finish both inside and out, creating a high-quality garment.
This high quality fabric technique creates a heavy weight to the fabric. This weight supports your body, enhancing your figure and shaping your form, to hold you and flatter your figure in all the right places.
The two layers of fabric used in our Double Layered technique also act as a lining, which prevents the garment from being see-through.

We focus on making garments that are high quality and will stand the test of time. We hope that you will find investment pieces that you will enjoy wearing time and time again.
Approximately 50% of our clothing is hand-made to order, the other 50% are our best selling products made in London, UK, in small rotations to ensure the least wastage possible and that we are not left with excess stock. These percentages fluctuate according to demand.
We care about the ethical and sustainable production of our clothing. Our team of machinists are employed within the UK. We all work together in a Sussex based studio.

AYM garments are ethically made in England. When you recieve your order, you will also find a note that states the name of the machinist who made your garment. You can find out more about them here: Meet The Makers.
We hand make our clothing using high quality fabrics. The majority of our range is made with double layered fabric. This is a technique that we have developed where we use two layers of fabric in most of our garments. This creates a figure supportive fit and also avoids the fabric from being see-through or sagging.
We have developed our size chart based on the stretch in our fabric and the way that our clothing is made. Our size chart will give you a fitted look.
We also use woven fabrics across a range of our garments. These fabrics contain no stretch and therefore, we also have developed a size chart that allows you to find the correct size in these woven garments.

We understand that finding a garment that fits is tricky, especially when ordering online. This is where AYM comes in.
By hand making all of our garments to order, we avoid making mass-produced garments, allowing us to focus on each garment individually. Not only does this allow us to make you the best quality products, but it also gives us the opportunity to make garments that fit you perfectly.
Our Custom Made service means that we can make garments that aren't the industry's average sizes - but are made to your size specifications - so that you will have clothing that is as special and unique as you are.

We accept all major debit & credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments. We can not accept any other payment method at this time.
We are pleased to be able to make it easier for international payments, you are now able to purchase in the following currencies; GBP, AUD, CAD, EUR, NZD, USD, HKD, JPY and SGD.
All orders processed by us and by your bank will be in your local currency.
Please note that as an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. Due to this, unfortunately we will not refund the difference if prices have changed since you placed your order.
We re-branded from Boom Boom the Label to AYM to mark our commitment to bringing you the latest and hottest new products. Some styles in our sale may still have a Boom Boom the Label woven label in the clothing, however, the garments have still been hand-made to the highest quality in our studio in England.
