- Low-impact, local supply chain. Our garments are crafted in small, family-run factories in North London - just 60 miles from where we store and ship our products. This close proximity significantly reduces transport emissions compared to international production.
- Ethical production, always. By working with trusted, family-run makers, we ensure safe working conditions, fair pay, and responsible manufacturing practices.
- Certified materials & responsible packaging. We partner with mills that are OCS-certified and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, and we use FSC-certified packaging for all orders.

- Every order is dispatched from within the UK for fast, reliable delivery across the UK.
- We offer a Next Day Delivery service for UK orders placed between Monday - Friday. Please place your order before 2pm UK Time to qualify for next day delivery.

- We offer all-inclusive pricing globally. That means the price you see at checkout already includes any applicable taxes and duties for your destination - no hidden costs or surprise charges at delivery.

- We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. They must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free from make-up marks, and with all tags attached. Any additional components, such as corset ties or protective packaging, must also be returned.
- We offer free UK exchanges, and you can also enjoy free return shipping when opting for store credit.
- To begin a return, simply use our returns portal, which will guide you step-by-step and generate your return label.
- For UK returns to the original payment method, a £3.99 fee will be deducted from your refund. You can choose either a convenient home collection or a drop-off option.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. All international duties and taxes are included so there won't be any surpise charges on delivery.
- The packaging we use is intentionally minimal to avoid waste while ensuring the garment arrives to you safely.
- Garment bags are a necessary part in making sure clothing is protected in storage and transit (avoiding things like water damage). When we use these we select garment bags that are made from Recycled Plastic.
- Swing tags are made from FSC materials.
- Woven and internal garment labels are made from Organic Cotton fibre.
- Our outer boxes are made from FSC cardboard and are fully recyclable.
- We offer a Gift Box option if you'd like your order to come with a Gift Box.
