We're Moving Warehouses
While our production will remain in London, we’re moving all our stock to a new warehouse where it will be packed and processed more locally, to help us deliver an even better experience for you.
Being closer to our studio means our team can be more hands‑on at every stage, ensuring the level of care and attention your orders deserve.
During this transition, you'll notice a smaller selection of products on site and slightly longer lead times, as we work to carefully move everything across. We'll include a full list of the products affected below:

These products will remain available to order throughout the moving period. These styles are currently available on a 3 week pre-order while we transfer them over to our new facility. Delivery will begin from the 2nd May within the UK.

Some of our products have been removed from the website ahead of being transferred to our new warehouse. They haven’t gone forever and will be available on the site again, soon. If you have any questions about a specific item, please see the list above or reach out to our customer care team at info@aym-studio.com.
Yes, we'll be moving products in stages and a core selection will remain available on site throughout the move.

Orders placed before 9am UK time on 13th April, will process as usual from our current warehouse, within the shipping times stated in your order confirmation.
Orders placed after 9am on 13th April, will be subject to a 3 week lead time before they are shipped, and will be processed at our new warehouse from the 1st May onwards.
Exchanges will operate a little differently during this transition period. While our stock is being relocated, we’re unable to guarantee a delivery date for replacement items.
Instead, you’re welcome to return your order in exchange for store credit of the same value, plus an additional 10% as a goodwill gesture. This allows you to place a new order for your preferred piece once it’s back in stock and available in our new warehouse.
Our new fulfilment centre will provide:

- Enhanced inventory accuracy

- Improved stock availability
- More efficient returns processing
- An enhanced customer experience

We're transitioning to a new, expanded fulfilment centre to support our continued growth and elevate your overall experience with us. This new facility offers advanced logistics systems, greater capacity, and improved operational efficiency, allowing us to serve you at a higher standard. The warehouse is also more local to our team, allowing us to be more hands on during the picking and packing process.
