A preorder means you're reserving your piece before it's made. When you preorder, you're securing one of a limited number. Each piece is thoughtfully made, not mass produced - so what arrives exists because you wanted it.
It takes a little longer. But the wait is part of what makes it special.
FAQs
This is the date it will leave our warehouse, not the date you'll receive it. The Shipping Date is when the item will be boxed up and handed over to our Shipping Carriers to be delivered. This date includes a bit of a buffer to allow us time to process your order for packaging. From this date, there will be a varied time frame based on where you live in the world. All of our orders ship from the UK.
If you have multiple pieces in your order - the order will be shipped from the latest pre-order date.
Everything in one order ships together. So if you'd like your in-stock items to arrive sooner, simply place them as a separate order - that way nothing waits for the preorder, and you get to enjoy each piece as soon as it's ready.
