AYM Customer Survey Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

Here's how the prize draw works.

1. The promoter

The prize draw is run by AYM Studio [www.aym-studio.com] ("AYM", "we", "us").

2. Who can enter

The draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over.

Employees of Amack Group Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the survey or the draw may not enter.

3. How to enter

To enter, complete the AYM customer survey in full, reaching the final screen, and provide a valid email address when asked at the end. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary, and buying from AYM does not improve your chances of winning.

One entry per person. If we receive more than one completed survey from the same person or email address, only the first will count.

Partly completed surveys do not count as entries.

4. When

The draw opens at 19:00 on 18th September and closes at 23:59 on 21st September 2026 (UK time). Entries received after the closing time will not be entered into the draw.

5. The prize

There is one prize, made up of:

• a £250 AYM Studio gift voucher, redeemable at aym-studio.com; and
• a £150 Fortnum & Mason gift voucher.

The total value of the prize is £400. The prize is as stated; there is no cash alternative and it cannot be transferred or exchanged. The AYM voucher is valid for [12 months] from the date of issue and is subject to AYM's standard gift voucher terms. The Fortnum & Mason voucher is subject to Fortnum & Mason's own terms, including its expiry date. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control.

Fortnum & Mason is not connected with, and has not sponsored or endorsed, this prize draw.

6. How the winner is chosen

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date, using a random selection method overseen by a member of the AYM team who is independent of the survey.

7. Telling the winner

We will email the winner at the address they provided within 7 days of the draw. The winner must reply to confirm acceptance and a postal address (for the Fortnum & Mason voucher) within 14 days of our email. If we don't hear back within 14 days, or if the winner is ineligible or declines the prize, we will draw another winner from the remaining valid entries and the original winner will lose their entitlement to the prize.

The prize will be sent within 28 days of confirmation.

8. Winner announcement

To show that the draw was run fairly, we may publish the winner's first name and country on our website (on this page) after the draw. If you win and would prefer we didn't, tell us when you reply and we'll respect that, though we may still need to share the information with the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.

9. Your data

We use the email address you give us for one purpose: to enter you into the draw and contact you if you win. It is stored separately from your survey answers, so your survey responses stay anonymous to the people analysing them.

We will only add you to our marketing emails if you tick the separate box asking us to. Entering the draw does not sign you up to marketing.

Draw entries are kept for 3 months after the winner has been confirmed and then deleted. Survey answers are kept in anonymised form and used to inform how we design, make and talk about our clothes. 

10. General

By entering, you agree to these terms. We may cancel or change the draw if something outside our control makes it necessary, and we'll do our best to let entrants know if we do. Our decision on any matter relating to the draw is final.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
