Readily available items are shipped immediately. The shipping time will be stated at the checkout. These colour and size options are marked with 'Add To Cart'.

Pre-Order

Pre-order items deliver within the timeframe shown on each product page. This includes making the garment for you.

Pre-order items may be shipped out faster than the stated timeframe. 

Items are shipped together to reduce our carbon footprint.

This means that if you are ordering a Readily Available item alongside a Made to Order garment, the delivery time will default to the longer time frame. If you'd like to have your Readily Available garments shipped separately, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Full returns & exchanges are available on standard full priced items. View our returns policy. Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be completed.

This means that every time we ship an order, we balance out the environmental impact of shipping with a carbon off set. We still reduce the volume we ship so that we don't create the carbon initially wherever possible.
