- We are confident in completing all orders placed on our website. But due to our constricted work flow, it is going to take our team longer than usual to process orders. We currently expect most orders to take an average of 15 - 20 working days longer than the shipping time stated at the checkout.
- To be in keeping with the Governments Covid's measures, we are operating a spaced out work flow in our studio. This is only for tasks that can not be completed at home, for instance; tasks that require specialist sewing equipment and therefore need to be completed in our studio using our machinery. All tasks that can be completed at home are being completed at home. None of our team will be coming into contact with one another during this time.

During this very unprecedented and daunting time we thought it necessary to create this webpage to update you in regards to the impact of COVID-19 on our business, and particularly on orders placed on our website.
We set the health and safety of our team and customers as the priority of our business. We are strictly following the advice of the World Health Organisation to ensure the continued safety of our team and customers.
Due to COVID-19, we have extended our standard returns policy to 60 working days allowing our customers more time to return items. Please also allow for a longer time frame for us to process and issue refunds on your returned products. We are currently completing refunds within 14 working days from receiving the goods back to our studio.
AYM Supply Chain
Our supply chain is all UK based and the majority of our supply chain is housed within 1 building in rural Sussex. This gives us the ability to keep a very controlled supply chain operating, including the processing and making of orders, as we can manage all of the supply processes in one place, without relying on external factors. To this effect, our team feel confident in monitoring our health and safety, order status and to be able to quickly address any potential delays.
To prepare for the potential impacts of further strains on businesses caused by this situation, we have been working around the clock as a team to put in place strategies that will allow us to continue fulfilling orders, even when there are tighter restrictions within the UK.
We are monitoring the developing situation extremely closely and will keep all customers updated with any developments that the impact that Covid-19 might have on their orders. If the situation worsens, we will be implementing a one-in-one-out work day for our team that will allow isolated working so that we can continue to fulfil orders on time, with a structured mitigation of risks.

We have had a great deal of feedback on our social channel to request that we continue to share content as usual to provide a welcome distraction to the current situation that we are all facing. Therefore, we will be adding posts regularly to our Blog and to our social media channels. We will be doing our best to share inspiring and positive content throughout this difficult time.
As a small team of 10, we want to thank you immensely for your continued support.
