I can't find a style? 

We've removed products that we aren't discounting during the sale. These items will be added to the site again after the sale period ends on the 1st December.

How do I find my size?

Can I purchase with split payments during Black Friday? 

If you are a UK resident and over 18 years you can purchase with ClearPay or Klarna split payments. This option will show at the checkout stage. 

What is your Return Policy on sale items?

During our sale, all garments marked as 'final sale' are final sale. Therefore, we will not be offering refunds or exchange these garments.

Other items including pre-order styles can be returned within our regular refund policy.

If there is an issue with any of the items in your order, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order. 

The garment I like has sold out, will you be getting any more?

Only selected items will be restocked after the Sale for full price. If you wish to purchase an item that is sold out during our sale, you may be able to purchase this at full price as we can continue to hand-make selected garments. 

Please contact our customer care team for information on specific items.

Will there be any further lines added to the Sale?

No further styles will be added to the sale. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!

Can I use discount codes during the Black Friday Sale?

Discount will be automatically applied to eligible sale items at the checkout cart.

Why is my item labelled as Boom Boom the Label?

The re-brand from Boom Boom the Label to AYM marks our commitment to bringing you the latest and hottest new products. Therefore, some styles in our sale may still have a Boom Boom the Label woven label in the clothing, however, the garments have still been hand-made to the highest quality in our studio in England. 

We are committed to ensuring these products go to a loving home and do not end up in landfill. 

Am I able to purchase items that are not in the sale?

We are offering a site-wide discount this year, therefore every garment that you see on our website, will be eligible for discount.

Are you releasing a collection for New Year’s Eve?

Yes, every week we will be releasing new products to our New in page. We will be launching our 'Party' collection on Tuesday 1st December 2020.

Where can I find out about new items?

The best way to hear about new products is to sign up to our mailing list at www.aym-studio.comWe launch new products on our website every Monday. 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do, we ship worldwide, please see to our Shipping and Delivery page on our website for more information.

What are the shipping and delivery options during Black Friday?

We ship to 80+ countries worldwide using UPS services. This is a secure and fully trackable service. Once your order has been collected by our courier, you will receive tracking information via email.

During Black Friday, we offer a Free Express service for orders over £40 GBP. For orders under £40 GBP, we offer a Standard shipping service. Some selected items only will be available with our VIP shipping service.

Black Friday Delivery Shipping Lead Times:

Although we always do our best to ensure all orders are delivered within the estimated time-frame, once your order is with our courier service, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. 

How will my order be packaged?

During the sale we will be shipping some orders in recycled and recyclable mailing bags. Inside of these, garments will be individually packaged in recyclable clear garment bags. All flyers within your order are made from recycled FSC paper. Please recycle all packaging.

We opt for mailing bags during our sale as it is more efficient for our team to pack orders - leading to faster processing and delivery times for our customers. It is also more environmentally friendly when shipping larger volumes, as the smaller bags take up less space in the transport vehicle, reducing the need to increase vehicle numbers during transportation and in turn, reducing our carbon footprint.

Will I be charged import taxes & duties on my Black Friday Purchases?

Customers are responsible for the payment of any relevant charges that are applicable to their country. These charges will be applied on delivery and will be collected by UPS as a 'charge on delivery'. For more information please visit here.
