How to measure yourself
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Keep the tape measure horizontal.
Waist
Measure around the smallest part of your waist. This should be above your belly button and below your rib cage.

We recommend getting the help of a friend of family member to find your measurements. You'll also need a tape measure. Follow the 'How to measure yourself' guide on this page to find your measurements.
Our general rule for AYM clothing that contains stretch is that if you are between sizes; size up for a more comfortable looser fit and size down for a more figure hugging fit.
To identify clothes that have stretch, look to the item's fabric information. It should list whether the garment is stretchy or contains elastane or spandex to give the item stretch qualities.
If your item doesn't fit, you can send it back to us for a return or an exchange. We accept returns on full price items within 30 days of delivery.
