How do I collect points?
You can collect points by completing various actions, the details of these can be found in the Earn Points section of this page.

Where can I find my rewards? 
You can see all the rewards available on the rewards section of your loyalty account overview. Log in to your account to view this.

For how long are my points valid?
Points do not expire, so once you earn points they will remain in your account until you spend them.

How do I reach VIP level?
To reach VIP you need to earn more than 25,000 points. This is the equivalent of spending £5,000 with us. 

How long will I keep the VIP status?
You will keep the VIP status for 12 months, you will have to qualify for this tier within the 12 months to remain in VIP for the next 12 months.

How much is a point worth?
The minimum amount of points that you can earn is 5 points. When your points are redeemed they are worth 10p per 5 points. 

How do I log in to my account?
Just log onto AYM and that will automatically log you into your loyalty account.

Can I use my membership abroad?
You can use your membership anywhere that is supported by AYM.

How are you handling my personal information (GDPR)?
We are GDPR compliant, the only personal information we store is Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, IP Address, Date of Birth. 

How many times can I redeem an offer?
As many times as you like, so long as you have the points!

Do I collect points on all purchases?
Yes!

How do I cancel my membership?
Let AYM know and they can exempt you from the programme.
